Your login username is the email address you used to sign up for QuantaSTAT. If you no longer have access to that email account or have forgotten which address you used to sign up, you may email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to update your email address.
No, QuantaSTAT for Teams is a HIPAA compliant platform that does not share any individual's medical information with administrators. Administrators are only able to see whether or not an individual is cleared.
User data is stored in a secure, HIPAA compliant server. Administrators can only see your overall status, but you can opt-in to share personal health data with an integrated Telehealth doctor.
